Our Facilities

Scott’s Place is a newly built modern property that has everything you need to make your stay feel like a home from home; this bright and spacious accommodation has a log burning stove that will give you a warm rural welcome.  As a converted music auditorium, it offers a large open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

The accommodation consists of:

  • Front and rear entrances, both with double patio doors.
  • Large sliding “Barn Door” near front entrance to access open plan area.
  • 1 x double bedroom with shower room/wet room & wash basin (en suite).
  • Separate WC with wash basin.
  • Additional upstairs mezzanine large 2nd room with a small double bed and sofa bed available on request (comfortably sleeps 4 children).
  • Multi-fuel & log burner.
  • Central heating/instant hot water via 47kg Calor Gas bottles.
  • Kitchen breakfast bar and seating/dining area.
  • Gas hob/electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, Melitta coffee machine, slow cooker, toaster, and a fully equipped kitchen.
  • Smart TV (DVD player on request).
  • Bed linen and towels.
  • Utility room with washing machine/dryer.
  • On site parking
  • Front and rear patio areas with garden furniture
  • Gas BBQ & Patio Heater on request (surcharge for gas).
  • Pets Allowed (but no lions or tigers please).
  • No smoking in apartment.  Smoking allowed at designated smoking area in garden.
  • Local village with amenities/supermarkets 1 mile away.

Please note:

Scott’s Place is an annex at our home.  Guests have their own private entrance.
